Some people told me to stop taking these supplements because it was questionable so I listened and didn't even realize why I felt so groggy and slow and everything was 10 times harder when I stopped, I am 100 percent getting back on these supplements, I don't usually do reviews but Its been like Night and Day, Cold and Heat, Summer and Winter. Great product
Very easy to take. No aftertaste and easy to swallow. Honestly, I really didn't see any difference taking this supplement. Maybe there's something wrong with me... I did take 8 capsules 5 days in a row with my breakfast meal.

Great!! Subtle but discernible difference in energy level and focus in afternoon (what is normally a slump time) and then more energy during a workout!
