I just received on a Tuesday, and have taken only 3 days so far. Noticed more focus from the first day. Will tell more after taking more.

This product helped give me the energy I needed to start the day while also keeping me focused. It wasn't an overwhelming amount of energy like you would get from a caffeineated drink but a smooth, calm energy and focus. I could really tune into what I needed to focus on to conquer my day.

Unsure of the results but going for another order because I’d like to give my body to take some time to process and get used to it. Hopefully it will give min e a better determination. The 5 pills in the morning seems a lot to not notice drastic change.
