Deeper Sleep, Better Days
I have trouble staying asleep and getting into a deep restful state. After taking this a couple of times, I find myself finally resting deeply and able to think more clearly the following day. Better quality sleep
I feel like this product worked in a subtle way. How long it took and how easy it was to initially fall asleep didn't change, but I did notice that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night while I was taking it, and I didn't feel as much of an urge to take a nap during the day

Sleep deeper!
4 pills was way too many for me. made me feel laggy and couldn't never get in the groove. Switched to 2 pills and it was perfect. Got great sleep and woke up energized
