Dr. Mindy Pelz recommended this as a way to promote healthy aging at a cellular level. I like that the dosage is only twice a month. Looking forward to tracking how it improves mind clarity and joint health.

Great for Inflamation
Overall worked wonders. Sense of calm and subdued anxiety. But second day dose made me a little tired. Would try on a daily basis. Packaging is cool. But all Qualia products are!

Easy to Use

Senolytic Third Dose
I can't say definitively if there were any positive effects from taking the Senolytics pills. I think over time they would be beneficial.
