The quality of my sleep went up significantly -- Deeper and longer sleep. I don't recall waking in the middle of the night. I had more dreams than usual but I usually don't remember them unless I have an internal or external trigger. When I woke up I was a bit groggy but that feeling went away in about 10 minutes (I had the same reaction with Melatonin).

Great Addition to Sleep Routine
I added Qualia Night to my sleep routine supplementation and noticed that it contributed to a more relaxed state leading up to bedtime. It’s important to make sure you take it a few hours before to maximize the effects.
Works some of the time for me, non-drowsy.
Day one - worked great. Day two - didn't sleep very well (was preoccupied), Day three - Slept well, Day four - slept well. Day five - didn't sleep well.
