Incredible
Neurohacker is an incredible company! I have an Oura ring so I track my sleep. While taking Qualia Night I was getting 3 hours of deep sleep and about 1.5 hrs of REM in a 7-8 hr night! Thank you Neurohacker for existing!!

Good, not life changing.
It’s a good product. Not life changing for me. Actually had some rough nights of deep sleep during the week as shown on my oura. Not sure why, I usually have no issues with deep sleep. Great experience
I found myself getting more restful sleep while on this product. Mornings were great, I didn't feel groggy unlike experience with other "sleep" supplements.

It's working
It's still early but so far I am getting deeper sleep. I've been prescribed everything but while they help me fall asleep, they don't help my quality of sleep.
