I took the product about 3 hours before I go to sleep. It definitely helped me get drowsy and I was able to fall asleep quickly. On average I would sleep well until about 4 am or so, and then be wide awake. This was annoying because I would still feel quite tired and wanted to go back to sleep, but couldn’t. The quality of sleep differed per night; sometimes I would wake up multiple times, tossing and turning, while other nights only a couple. Overall, for me, this product really helped me fall asleep, it was variable with helping the quality of sleep, but helping me stay asleep and feel rested when waking up, not so much.
Excellent for meditators
While this product does wonders for my sleep, the primary reason I use it is because it supports my meditation practice. I live at a monastery, so meditation is my vocation, and I do it every night.
