Fog was gone but Taste is unbearable
I was able to take it for the first week and it was working the only thing was every morning i had to choke down 7 huge capsules that tasted so strongly like rotten fish that i just gave up and stopped taking them..

Helps my brain
I have noticed significant improvement in the way I think especially when I am trying to recall a word I want to use in conversation. I notice a difference between when I do and don’t take this

Not good value
Very expensive for what you get. What the small print doesnt say is 7 capsules per day so $70 ish 1 weeks supply
