I take a long time to wake up, partially because I regularly only get 6-7 hrs. I found that I woke up about 2 hours before my alarm with a fresh mind. If I went back to sleep, which I usually did, it felt like I was breaking through hibernation. It was extremely difficult to get up. I started taking it earlier in the evening thinking I took it too late and the same thing happened. I took it at 4pm one day and that was a solid night with a good, heavy workout the next morning. I think another week of this supplement would have helped me fine-tune it’s application.
Prepared for Better Sleep
This product provided me with better sleep ability and fewer waking moments throughout the night. It allowed me to relax earlier and be more prepared for sleep when it was time. It improved my rem and deep sleep. I experienced no side-effects while taking this product.
Qualia Night
Seems to be effective so far. I tend to stay asleep more during the night and when I do wake up, I easily fall back asleep and feel more rested in the morning
