Almost perfect
Incredibly effective most times. It always comes with a Qualia promo card. Why not add a grid on it that lets me record how much/many I'm taking a day. Great supplement
I think Qualia is well worth the money. It's hard to comment on it but a few things I think I noticed are increased focus, empathy, and creativity. I feel better overall mentally and emotionally. Have been cycling on it every since I got it a few months ago

1/3 is perfect
I started off w recommend start dose and the first week I was increasing. I felt a little nauseous..... so I found my sweet spot. 1 step one and 2 step 2 Boom I’m basically a genius!!! Love it.
