No afternoon slump, more steady energy!
I actually didn't notice an extreme effect (for the better) but took this on a work week and notice a more steady stream of energy, no afternoon "slump", and better energy levels in my workouts. Feeling just a fantastic mind and body balance!
I love Qualia Mind but this really is a great product so far! Feeling just a fantastic mind and body balance. Sleep is better than usual. Super excited to continue using this supplement on a daily basis.
